Enrollment

To enroll a child, please provide the following:

Name, address and phone number of previous school
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Immunization Record
Health Record
Kindergarten students need to be 6 years of age by August 31

Attendance

If your child needs to be absent, please call the school before 10:00 a.m. to excuse your child. Excused absences include doctor appointments, illness, and family emergencies.

Meal Prices

Full Price Breakfast - $.95
Reduced Price Breakfast - $.30
Full Price Lunch - $1.80
Reduced Price Lunch - $.40
Extra Milk - $.25
Adult Lunch - $3.00

The School Planning and Management Team is comprised of representatives of the school community that establishes policy guidelines for:

school programs
responds to school concerns and opportunities
carries out planning of school events
promotes effective resource utilization
works with the Booster Team to plan school events

This team meets on the third Tuesday of every month from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.

The Booster Team meets the third Tuesday of each month from 6:00 -7:00 p.m. Please check school calendar for exceptions. All parents welcome. Children are welcome to attend the meetings with their parents.
